De los beneficios cooperativos que resulten al finalizar cada ejercicio social, deberá llevarse a capital el treinta por ciento (30%). Conforme lo dispone la Ley, y será facultativo de la Asamblea General aumentar tal porcentaje, cuando sí lo aconsejen las necesidades económicas de la Cooperativa.
