Una vez la autoridad nominadora nombre y comunique el nombramiento en propiedad o en período de prueba, el funcionario o empleado deberá manifestar su aceptación dentro de los ocho días siguientes y tomar posesión del cargo dentro de los treinta días subsiguientes a la aceptación. Dicho término podrá prorrogarse por otro tanto por justa causa debidamente acreditada.
