Contra los actos en que se impongan exclusivamente sanciones relacionadas con los impuestos de papel sellado y de timbre, cuando la competencia para aplicarlas correspondan a la Administración de Impuestos, procederá el recurso de reposición ante la Sección de Recursos Tributarios de la Administración que hubiere proferido el acto.
