La época de la rebelión se contará, para los efectos de esta Ley, así: para los Departamentos de Santander y Cundinamarca, desde el 28 de Julio de 1899, y para el resto del país, desde el 18 de Octubre del mismo año, hasta el 1º de Junio de 1903.
