000.000.00 hecho al Gobierno por el Banco Central Hipotecario, en cedulas internas del mismo Banco, del 7 por 100anual, autorizadas por la Ley 104 de 1936 , con destino a la construcción del sector del Ferrocarril Troncal de Occidente, que conecta La Virginia con la estación Alejandro López, del ferrocarril de Antioquia, y a la prolongación del Ferrocarril Tolima-Huila-Caquetá, hasta la ciudad de Neiva, ábrese un crédito adicional al Presupuesto extraordinario de la vigencia fiscal en curso, con la siguiente imputación:
