Cualquier interesado presunto en la sucesión, podrá solicitar la apertura y publicación del testamento, presentando prueba legal de la defunción del testador, copia de la escritura exigida por la Ley 36 de 1931, y cuando fuere el caso, el sobre que lo contenga, o petición de requerimiento de entrega a quien lo conserve.
