Comités. La Junta puede constituir dos clases de comités:

Comités de su seno con facultades decisorias, en los cuales podrá delegar por vía general el estudio y resolución de materias de su competencia determinadas por su naturaleza y cuantía;

Comités y organismos asesores, sin facultades decisorias, que podrán estar integrados en todo o en parte con personas distintas de los miembros de la Junta Directiva, sean ellas funcionarios o no del Instituto.
