Autorizase ampliamente al Poder Ejecutivo para tomar todas las providencias necesarias para acelerar la instalación de la oficina de apartado de metales en las Casas de moneda de esta ciudad i de Medellín; para lo cual, i para introducir fuerza de vapor en dichas casas, se le abre un crédito de cincuenta mil pesos, que se le autoriza para dividir como estime conveniente, entre la actual i la próxima vijencia (sic) económica.
