Decomiso en los establecimientos y transporte a que se refiere el presente Decreto . El decomiso de objetos y/o leche que se realice en los establecimientos a que se refiere el presente Decreto y en los vehículos será ejecutado por alguna de las siguientes autoridades sanitarias: Supervisores o profesionales de las Divisiones de Saneamiento de los Servicios Seccionales de Salud, de las Unidades regionales y de las unidades locales, en cuya jurisdicción se encuentre la planta, establecimiento o vehículo objeto de la medida.
