Parágrafo

del Artículo 155 del Decreto 612 de 1977, sobre pasajes y prima de instalación para la viuda e hijos legítimos no emancipados del oficial o suboficial en servicio activo que falleciere en el exterior, sólo se refiere a los necesarios para su regreso a Colombia, siempre y cuando hubiesen estado residiendo con el oficial o suboficial en el lugar de su deceso y éste hubiere ocurrido durante el desempeño de una comisión del servicio.
