ARTICULO VI

La Parte Soviética promoverá que otras organizaciones soviéticas de comercio exterior, según las especificaciones de la Parte Colombiana, vendan distintos tipos de maquinaria y equipo para realizar las obras civiles y otras relacionadas con la construcción de las Centrales Hidroeléctricas del Alto Sinú ("Urrá I y Urrá II"). La Parte Colombiana promoverá que firmas y organizaciones colombianas interesadas compren de las organizaciones soviéticas de comercio exterior distintos tipos de maquinaria y equipo para realizar obras civiles y otras relacionadas con la construcción de las Centrales Hidroeléctricas del Alto Sinú ("Urrá I y Urrá II").
