Art. 4.° Establécese en la ciudad de Barranquilla la Administración general del monopolio de la sal marina, la cual tendrá los empleados siguientes, con las asignaciones anuales que se expresan : Un Administrador general, con $ 3,000 Un Contador-interventor 1,800 Dos Almacenistas, cada uno con $ 1.200 2,400 Un Tenedor de libros 960 Un Oficial de correspondencia 600 Dos Escribientes, á $ 480 cada uno 960

Parágrafo

Estos empleados tendrán derecho, además de los sueldos fijos, al cuatro por ciento del producto de las ventas, repartible en proporción de los mismos sueldos.
