Ley 31 de 1874 · Que concede nuevas autorizaciones al Poder Ejecutivo para la construcción del ferrocarril del Norte

Art. 7.º Si el Poder Ejecutivo, despues de hechas, las nuevas esploraciones de que se ha hablado en esta lei, creyere mas conveniente ejecutar la obra del ferrocarril del Norte por cuenta del Gobierno, así lo dispondrá, i hará uso de todos los recursos i medios de ejecucion de la obra concedidos por la presente lei, en cuanto sean aplicables a esta nueva autorizacion.

Parágrafo

En el caso de este artículo, el Poder Ejecutivo creará una superintendencia del ferrocarril encargada esclusivamente de la direccion de la empresa, i la dotará con los empleados que crea necesarios.
