Los subsidios familiares de vivienda ya asignados que se encuentren pendientes de desembolso o cuyo pago se haya realizado parcialmente, deberán ser pagados por el Instituto Nacional de Vivienda de Interés Social y Reforma Urbana, Inurbe, en Liquidación. En ningún caso el Instituto Nacional de Vivienda de Interés Social y Reforma Urbana, Inurbe, en Liquidación podrá asignar subsidios de vivienda de interés social.
