Art. 7°. Las atribuciones concedidas al Poder Ejecutivo en el Código de Minas que se adopta se entenderán dadas al Gobernador del respectivo Departamento y en correspondientes casos á las autoridades del mismo Departamento que sustituyan á las que existían según la organización del extinguido Estado de Antioquia.
