Competencia y responsabilidad en la delegación . La delegación de que tratan los artículos pertinentes del presente decreto exime de responsabilidad al delegante y, por lo tanto, corresponderá exclusivamente al delegatario. El funcionario delegante podrá en cualquier tiempo reasumir la competencia y la responsabilidad delegada, y, en virtud de ello, revisar, reformar o revocar los actos administrativos expedidos por el delegatario, con sujeción a las disposiciones del Código Contencioso Administrativo.
