La Comisión de Sueldos de Retiro pasará, para su efectividad, al Departamento de Presupuesto, Contabilidad y Ordenación del Ministerio de Guerra, las resoluciones sobre multas impuestas, de conformidad con los artículos anteriores, si treinta (30) días después de notificadas a los interesados, éstos no hubieren recurrido ante ella en solicitud de reposición de las mismas, o cuando esté en firme la negativa de la reposición, por injustificada. b) Devoluciones de cuotas fiel 2 por 100:
