A partir del 1º de enero de 1981, reajústaseen un veinticinco por ciento (25%) el incremento de salario por antigüedad que venían percibiendo algunos funcionarios , en virtud de lo dispuesto en los artículos 8º del Decreto 3269 de 1279, 4º del Decreto 3272 del mismo año 4º y' 7º de Ios Decretos 3273 y 3319 de 1979 y en el Decreto 497 de 1980.
