Los viajes al exterior que deban realizar los miembros de las Delegaciones Permanentes para el cumplimiento de sus funciones, se autorizarán conforme la excepción prevista en el numeral 6º del artículo 136 de la Constitución Política de Colombia y la excepción de que trata el numeral 6º del artículo 52 de la Ley 5a de 1992.
