Cuando se niegue permiso para sacar del país los archivos y objetos a que se refiere esta Ley, el Gobierno, previo avaluó y dictamen favorable de las mismas Academias, adquirirá para la Nación los documentos, libros u objetos de reconocida importancia para la historia, el arte o la ciencia nacional.
