º. La copia auténtica de cualquier acto procesal llevado a cabo en proceso por reconstruir expedida por empleado oficial con las formalidades legales, hará plena prueba respecto de su contenido. Quien tuviere en su poder copia total o parcial de un proceso, auténtica o que pudiere habilitarse, deberá entregarla de manera inmediata al funcionario correspondiente, so pena de incurrir en las cauciones Previstas en el Capítulo Tercero. Título VI, Libro Segundo, del Código Penal.
