Las Empresas Administradoras de Planes de Beneficios (EAPB), o las entidades que hagan sus funciones, en conjunto con las entidades territoriales ofrecerán dentro de sus estrategias de promoción y prevención, apoyo psicosocial y capacitación a los cuidadores de personas afectadas por trastornos mentales para mejorar su bienestar y calidad de vida.
