del artículo 3º del Decreto 1308 de 2003. El

del artículo 3º del Decreto 1308 de 2003 quedará así: "

La verificación del cumplimiento del requisito de que trata el numeral primero del presente artículo se realizará con corte a 31 de diciembre de cada año. La verificación del cumplimiento de los otros requisitos de que trata el presente artículo, se realizará semestralmente con corte a junio 30 y diciembre 31. La verificación del cumplimiento del requisito de que trata el numeral 1 que se realizará con corte 31 de diciembre de 2003, servirá de base para la distribución de los recursos acumulados a julio y diciembre de 2003".
