A solicitud de cualquier persona o del Ministerio Público podrá revisar el Consejo de Estado o el respectivo Tribunal Administrativo la sentencia que se hubiere dictado sobre reconocimientos que impongan al Tesoro Público la obligación de cubrir una suma periódica de dinero.
