Los militares de cualquier grado, colombianos o extranjeros, al servicio del Ejército, que cometieren alguno de los delitos enumerados en el Artículo 167 del Código Penal, serán castigados con la pena de tres a seis años de prisión militar, y con una multa de cien a mil pesos.
