Las siguientes reservas del Balance del Tesoro Nacional, correspondientes al Departamento del Magdalena, no utilizadas en los artículos aquí mencionados, pasarán a la sanción de la presente ley a la Tesorería Municipal de Santa Marta, con destino a la Corporación para el Desarrollo del Magdalena – CORDECOMAG-, para el desarrollo de obras de fomento a empresas útiles y benéficas de desarrollo regional y de la educación, en el Departamento del Magdalena.
