El que para ejecutar u ocultar un delito, o con motivo de su ejecución u ocultación, cometa también otras violaciones de la ley, sufrirá las penas aplicables a todas éstas, según las disposiciones contenidas en loArtículos precedentes, siempre que esas violaciones no sean consideradas por la ley como elementos constitutivos ni como circunstancias agravantes del delito principal.
