ARTICULO 3.6.3.14.- DE LA AUDITORIA EXTERNA. Las sociedades administradoras de inversión someterán a revisión de auditoría externa las cuentas del fondo que administran. Tales revisiones se practicarán una vez al año, cuando menos, o en las fechas que señale el Superintendente de Valores. El informe deberá estar a disposición de los suscriptores durante los quince (15) días hábiles anteriores a la fecha de celebración de la asamblea general de la sociedad. La sociedad enviará a la Superintendencia de Valores y a los suscriptores, con las firmas del representante legal y del revisor fiscal, una lista de los valores que integran el fondo y de sus cotizaciones y valuaciones, en la forma y fechas en que aquélla lo determine.
