En los Departamentos en que antes de lis división territorial establecida por la Ley 1.° de 1908 Se hubieran rematado alguna ó algunas de las rentas de que trata esta Ley, los Gobernadores de las Secciones en que tales Departamentos se dividieron, distribuirán el producto de la renta o rentas rematádas, tomando como base para la distribución la producción de las mismas en su respectivo territorio. En caso de desacuerdo entre los Gobernadores lo decidirá el Ministerio de Entienda y Tesoro.
