Artículo primero. Las transacciones comerciales de compraventa de algodón en fibra producido en el territorio nacional deberán hacerse denominando el producto de acuerdo con la clasificación comercial aceptada internacionalmente y aprobada para este efecto por el Instituto de Fomento Algodonero, empleando patrones universales de grado, referidos a preparación colombiana.
