Art. 19. En cuanto a las boletas que deben servir para estas votaciones, se observarán las disposiciones de los artículos 35 i 36 de dicho Código, advirtiendo que el rótulo de tales boletas debe ser este : " Voto para Diputados a la Convencion del Estado."
