º La provisión de los cargos docentes y administrativos pagados por los FER, creados por el Gobierno Nacional o por el Gobierno departamental, intendencial, comisarial y distrital, según el caso, se hará mediante decreto o resolución de los respectivos Jefes de la administración seccional, en su calidad de ejecutores de las decisiones de las Juntas Administradoras de los FER.
