º . Atención educativa en sitios de retorno, de reubicación o reasentamiento . Una vez superada la atención humanitaria de emergencia y determinado el sitio de retorno o reubicación, la Secretaría de Educación del Departamento, Distrito o Municipio, según el caso, atenderá con prioridad a la población en edad escolar garantizando el cupo en los establecimientos educativos de su jurisdicción.
