Crease una Sección especial de Policía Judicial que funcionara en la Costa Atlántica bajo las ordenes inmediatas del Interventor Fiscal. Dicha Sección se compondrá de un Comisario, un Secretario y hasta de veinticinco Agentes, y disfrutara de las siguientes asignaciones mensuales: El Comisario $ 200 El Secretario $ 130 Dos Agentes de primera clase, a $ 80 $ 160 Tres Agentes de segunda clase, a $ 70 $ 210 Veinte Agentes de tercera clase, a $ 50 $ 1,000
