La resolución por la cual se conceda un permiso deberá publicarse en el Diario Oficial, a costa del interesado, dentro de los quince (15) días siguientes a su notificación. Pero esta obligación se considerará oportunamente cumplida con el pago de los derechos de publicación y la presentación del correspondiente recibo al Ministerio. Si así no se hiciere, se declarará cancelado el permiso.
