El Consejo Nacional De Normas Y Calidades A Que Se Refiere El Literal 1) Del Artículo 11 Del Decreto 623 De 1974, Estará Integrado En La Siguiente Forma: A) Un Representante Del Ministerio De Desarrollo Económico; B) Un Representante Del Ministerio De Agricultura; C) Un Representante Del Ministerio De Salud Pública; D) Un Representante Del Ministerio De Minas Y Petróleos; E) Un Representante Del Ministerio De Comunicaciones; F) Un Representante Del Ministerio De Obras Públicas; G) Un Representante Del Departamento Nacional De Planeación; H) Un Representante De La Superintendencia De Industria Y Comercio; I) Un Representante Del Instituto Colombiano De Comercio Exterior; J) Un Representante Del Instituto De Ensayos E Investigaciones De La Universidad Nacional; K) Un Representante Del Instituto De Investigaciones Tecnológicas; 1) Un Representante Del Fondo Colombiano De Investigaciones Científicas Y Proyectos Especiales Francisco José De Caldas, "colciencias"

º El Consejo Nacional de Normas y Calidades a que se refiere el literal 1) del artículo 11 del Decreto 623 de 1974, estará integrado en la siguiente forma

a)

Un representante del Ministerio de Desarrollo Económico;

b)

Un representante del Ministerio de Agricultura;

c)

Un representante del Ministerio de Salud Pública;

d)

Un representante del Ministerio de Minas y Petróleos;

e)

Un representante del Ministerio de Comunicaciones;

f)

Un representante del Ministerio de Obras Públicas;

g)

Un representante del Departamento Nacional de Planeación;

h)

Un representante de la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio;

i)

Un representante del Instituto Colombiano de Comercio Exterior;

j)

Un representante del Instituto de Ensayos e Investigaciones de la Universidad Nacional;

k)

Un representante del Instituto de Investigaciones Tecnológicas; 1) Un representante del Fondo Colombiano de Investigaciones Científicas y Proyectos Especiales Francisco José de Caldas, "Colciencias". El "representante del Instituto Colombiano de Normas Técnicas, ICONTEC, asistirá a las reuniones del Consejo, con voz pero sin derecho a voto.
