Notificación de la querella. De la presentación de la solicitudde amparo y del señalamiento del día y hora para la diligencia de reconocimiento del área, se notificará al presunto causante de los hechos, citándolo a la secretaría o por comunicación entregada en su domicilio si fuere conocido o por aviso fijado en el lugar de sus trabajos mineros de explotación y por edicto fijado por dos (2) días en la alcaldía.
