Calificación de especies introducidas como autóctonas. Para que un proyecto de reforestación con especies forestales introducidas pueda beneficiarse con un incentivo similar al establecido para las especies forestales autóctonas conforme al artículo 4º de la Ley 139 de 1994 será necesario que se demuestre como resultado de estudios científicos o de investigación aplicada que la especie presenta calidades excepcionales para poblar y conservar suelos y de regular aguas.
