SUSTITUCION PENSIONAL. Al cónyuge supérstite de Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional, a los hijos inválidos absolutos y a las hijas célibes que hayan tenido el derecho consagrado o disfrutado de la sustitución de asignación de retiro o pensión prevista en el Decreto 981 de 1946, se les restablecerá el derecho a partir del veintisiete (27) de abril de 1979, a continuar percibiendo la prestación del causante, en la forma consagrada en este Decreto.
