Una obra que se acepta debe ser representada dentro del año siguiente, contado desde la fecha de entrega de ella por el autor o sus causahabientes al tercero o empresario, so pena de pagar éstos a aquellos, como indemnización, lo que el autor de una obra análoga haya recibido en ese mismo año o hubiese podido recibir por veinte representaciones.
