En los eventos previstos en el artículo anterior, el procedimiento de extinción del dominio será adelantado oficiosamente por el Ministerio de Ambiente, Vivienda y Desarrollo Territorial, del Director General de la correspondiente Corporación Autónoma Regional o del Procurador Delegado para Asuntos Ambientales y Agrarios.
