º. Al empleado del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad que como consecuencia de acciones violentas del servicio quede con una invalidez permanente podrá concederle la Junta Administradora del Fondo Rotatorio de dicha institución, con cargo a su presupuesto, por una sola vez y en forma discrecional, un auxilio que fluctuará entre uno (1) y veinticuatro (24) meses de su salario básico mensual.
