La propiedad intelectual de las obras e inventos de los miembros del personal asistencial administrativo y docente de !a institución, será, de éstos, conforme a las leyes. Las patentes de invención provenientes del personal de dedicación exclusiva o las realizadas gracias a los fondos de la institución, serán de propiedad de ésta.
