Art único. Ábrese al Ministerio de Fomento el crédito extraordinario que á continuación se expresa, imputable á la vigencia económica de 1889 y 1890. Departamento de Obras públicas. Cap. 93. Gastos varios. Art. 359. l. ° Para la terminación de las obras de defensa de la ciudad de Cartagena contra las ínvasiones del mar de leva, ciento setenta y dos mil doscientos sesenta y cinco pesos ( $ 172,265). Publíquese.
