La red móvil celular se interconectará a la red telefónica pública conmutada (RTPC) en los puntos en que las partes acuerden, siendo por cuenta del operador celular todos los equipos requeridos para la interconexión a la central de conmutación de la red telefónica pública conmutada (RTPC), tanto local, como de larga distancia y se ceñirán a los planes de señalización, numeración, tarificación y enrutamiento elaborados por el Gobierno Nacional.
