No se causarán intereses moratorios a cargo de los empleadores que hayan pagado oportunamente al Instituto de Seguros Sociales cotizaciones que han debido entregar a las Sociedades Administradoras de Fondos de Pensiones de conformidad con las decisiones de afiliación adoptadas por los trabajadores.
