Condiciones financieras . El Consuat presentará a consideración de la Comisión Nacional de Crédito Agropecuario, las condiciones financieras de la línea de crédito para el subsector de adecuación de tierras. Las condiciones aprobadas por dicha Comisión regirán para la recuperación de inversiones de los proyectos de adecuación de tierras. (Decreto número 1881 de 1994, artículo 7°)
