°. Daño individual con efectos étnico colectivos. Se produce un daño individual con efectos étnico colectivos cuando el daño sufrido por una víctima individual perteneciente a una comunidad, pone en riesgo la estabilidad social, cultural, organizativa y política o la permanencia física y cultural de las comunidades. Para los efectos del presente decreto, cuando se produzca un daño individual con efectos colectivos, este se asimilará al daño colectivo, y la comunidad a la que pertenece el afectado se entenderá como sujeto étnico colectivo víctima.
