Referencias normativas. Todas las referencias que hagan las disposiciones legales y reglamentarias vigentes en materia ambiental al Ministerio de Ambiente, Vivienda y Desarrollo Territorial deben entenderse referidas al Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible, si se relacionan con las funciones asignadas en este Decreto al Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible. De igual forma, las referencias que hagan las disposiciones vigentes al Ministro de Ambiente, Vivienda y Desarrollo Territorial como asistente, integrante o miembro de Consejos, Comisiones, Juntas, Mesas u otras instancias de deliberación, relacionadas con el sector de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible, deben entenderse referidas al Ministro de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible.
