° Imparcialidad. A los funcionarios que deban realizar investigaciones por infracciones al Estatuto de Puertos Marítimos, practicar pruebas o pronunciar decisiones definitivas, se les aplicarán las causales de recusación previstas en el artículo 30 del Código Contencioso Administrativo y se procederá de conformidad con esta disposición. Para resolver el impedimento a la recusación se considera como superior inmediato del investigador, al Superintendente General de Puertos. CAPITULO II De la Actuación Administrativa.
